Copy That - Cameron Francis $23.72 Copy That by Cameron Francis ラ bigblindmedia.com
The Hype:
A turbo-charged, three phase ‘DO AS I DO’ that will leave your spectators breathless. Cameron Francis’ ‘Copy That’ is a small packet, self working, brain frying routine.
Cameron Francis is the master of the 'packs small, plays massive' packet trick. 'Copy That' is a brilliant, brilliant 'Do As I Do' routine that just uses two tiny packets of cards. It squeezes THREE phases in. Has the mother of all kickers. AND it's totally SELF WORKING!!! BOO-YA!
You could slip the provided cards into a back pocket or wallet and ALWAYS be ready to unleash a miracle.
- TOTALLY self-working
* Only uses the provided cards (slip it in your wallet!) * Ends clean - EVERYTHING is examinable * Quick reset * No sticky stuff / double faced cards / rough & smooth
You introduce two packets of cards, a red packet and a blue packet, and hand the blue one to the spectator. With the cards behind your backs, you each mix your packets. Then you ask the spectator to remove one card from their packet and hand it to you. You then hand them a card from your packet. Their card is slipped into your packet and your card is put into theirs. You each bring your cards out and spread them. You turn over the blue card in your packet: it's a Queen of Spades. They turn over the card you gave them; it's also a Queen of Spades!
As if that isn't incredible enough, you reveal that the rest of your cards are the Ten, Jack, King, and Ace of Spades, a perfect royal flush! You say you were so confident that the experiment would work out, that you didn't even bring any other cards. The spectator then turns over their cards and reveals that they are all blank! AND NOW ALL OF THE CARDS CAN BE COMPLETELY EXAMINED!
Cameron also teaches two clever variations -
My Take:
Big Blind has really taken over the packet trick market with Liam Montier, John Bannon and Cameron Francis. This is Cameron's latest and is a fooler while being easy to do.
Cameron lists an effect by Peter Nardi as his influence for creating this effect but he has made ir gaff free so the cards can be examined (which is always a plus). He has developed a touch for taking an effect and reconstructing it to make it his own. He succeeds at this with Copy That.
It comes with 11 cards and the standard plastic wallet you have come to expect with packet tricks, making it ideal to carry in your pocket for those times someone just wants to see a trick. I always try to never be without something for my friends because at this point, they always ask.
Copy That is a nice trick but what really sells it to me is the two variations Cameron gives you as a bonus. I actually find both of them superior to the main effect but as they are included, you are actually receiving three packet tricks for the price of one. One of the extras is not totally sleightless as an Elmsley is needed but I assume this is a move that you already know.
A nice addition to your stable of easy to do packet tricks, this is one that you can get today and perform tonight.
